Conditions

Lettings being from 12.00 onwards. Vacation on the day of departure is required by 10.00 a.m.

Rental includes: professional clean prior to arrival, bed and bath linen (for rent less than 6 nights is 10 €/each person), water, gas, electricity, central heating.

Reservation
A booking deposit of 30% of the rental price per property is required.
A final payment of the total rental to arrival.

Bank account details will be provided at time of booking.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of €. 150 (UK£ 150 or USD$ 200) is required along with the booking deposit. The amount will be refunded in full, less any damages, breakages or extra cleaning charges at the end of your holiday.
